Cage Fitness™ is a complete workout program that is designed to cater to people of all levels of fitness. Cage Fitnesswill give you a total body workout in just five 5-minute rounds. There are four key elements that are focused on: endurance, strength, power, and core. This is accomplished through the 5 round fitness system which is broken up into the following categories: Warm up, Upper Body, Lower Body, Combo Round, and Cool Down/Core.

Cage Fitness is endorsed and tested by 9 time Welterweight Champion Matt Hughes. The exercises have been created by Mixed Martial Artists Matt Hughes and Kai Fusser. M.S.
